In partnership with Dr. Kevin Bresnahan, Barnstable County, and the Cape Cod Medical Reserve Corps.
At Bridge Care we understand that it can be difficult to access health care. Many do not have insurance, and wait times to see a provider can be very long.
Bridge Care can offer solutions while patients await primary care. We can help with acute care issues, prescription medications, work and school physical clearances.
There are no fees for charges for these services.

Our ESOL classes are designed to help members of the community improve their English language skills, facilitating better communication, job opportunities, and integration into the local community.
