THE BRAZILIAN RESOURCE CENTER
For years, the Brazilian Resource Center has supported immigrant and low-income families through free healthcare, education, and essential services.
Free Medical Care
We provide accessible, compassionate healthcare services to uninsured and underinsured members of our immigrant community.
Trusted Institutional Partnerships
We collaborate with respected healthcare providers, public agencies, and community organizations to expand access to essential services across Cape Cod..
Volunteer Medical Leadership
Our clinic is led by experienced volunteer medical professionals committed to ethical, patient-centered care.
Compassionate Volunteer Leadership
From medical services to education and case management, our volunteers work together to support families with respect and cultural understanding.
FREE
MEDICAL CLINIC
In partnership with Dr. Kevin Bresnahan, Barnstable County, and the Cape Cod Medical Reserve Corps.
At Bridge Care we understand that it can be difficult to access health care. Many do not have insurance, and wait times to see a provider can be very long.
Bridge Care can offer solutions while patients await primary care. We can help with acute care issues, prescription medications, work and school physical clearances.
There are no fees for charges for these services.
